Efraim Longstocking and the Cannibal Princess

In 1904 when 14-year old Efraim Longstocking's mother dies he is left homeless on the snowy streets of Old Town Stockholm. He receives a message in his dream from the young Cannibal Princess, Sindu, and soon finds out that he is destined to go on a fantastic journey where he gets the power to be the strongest man in the world. He fights with pirates, shipwrecks his boat on a Cannibal's island, finds a goldmine, fights for the Cannibal's tribes' survival with the slave trader, Madame Marry, and finally rescues the Cannibal Princess and becomes the King of the Island, Kuredu.

Koto Orun 1989

Set in the pre-colonial era, a certain village was besieged by witches who torment the villagers at will. Although the evil witches are often confronted by the good ones, referred to as “aje funfun” (the white witches) in the movie, it wasn’t enough to rid the town of these evil ones’ infestation. However, in response to the plight of the people of the village, the gods promised them a saviour who will be delivered by one of the kings wives that will conquer the evil witches. So the witches, including the king’s first wife, came up with schemes after schemes to kill the prophesised bearer of the messiah.

If Mirrors Could Speak 1976
